First of all, I love the concept of supporting local farmers.
The people I've encountered running things have been wonderful to deal with. 5 stars
The product with a few exceptions has been consistently fresh and reliable. 4 stars
Process is where I see most of the problems and led to us suspending CV service over the Summer.
The website 'was' unreliable, confusing and at times seemed not work it gave a very bad impression, we wound up receiving items for more than the one time we designated. Felt uneasy with the automatic charges. Looking at it 'now' it looks more professional.
Not having a standard window of delivery time looks like a big hurdle for you. I can understand how complicated that may be on a weekly basis. But for us it was an unneeded stress not knowing when you would deliver and in the 9 months of summer heat a killer to leave the box out in it unattended for any length of time. We are not able to plan our day around when the delivery may take place.
Finally, having an immediate and direct line of communication to a designated employee who is in charge was not available.
