Refund policy

There is a NO REFUND policy on fresh produce or other perishable items unless the produce or perishable item was damaged or otherwise compromised upon delivery.

Additional information:

  • Refunds will be made on the same method of payment originally used to make the purchase.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed.
  • We do not cover shipping costs on returns.
  • We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded or returned. Only regular price items can be refunded. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above. 

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
