Freshest Mushrooms!

I love that I can order Canyon Creek Mushrooms from CV Harvest. They are fresher than any mushrooms you could purchase at the grocery store. The Oyster Mushrooms are lovely to look at with their delicate tri-color mix, and sautéed in a little olive oil and butter, delicious as a topper for an entrée.
